Frequently Asked Questions

  • How reliable is genetic testing?

We have done checks that DNA data coming out of the lab can be replicated in a different lab and that the results match, from all analysis of raw data we find that we have a 99.99% accuracy on average, which is the gold standard. The interpretation of data is where most genetic companies differ, we have an expert team made from the scientists in the lab, professional sports coaches, health professionals and sports nutritionists so that the interpretation is made from rock solid published research, in company research and real world results.

How long is the turnaround time?

Upon receiving your sample, it usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks for your DNA results to be available. Should you have purchased the epigenetic analysis kit, we aim to provide you with your biological age etc. approximately 3 to 4 weeks after receiving your DNA results.

  • How it is tested?

Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices is known as great tool for keeping track of blood sugar levels throughout the day and help to improve glycemic response. Analysis of continuous glucose measurements taken every 5 minutes over 10 days, in correlation with food intake, is used to derive the body’s glycemic response.

Where do I placed my CGM sensor?

It is advised to placed on the back of your arm or at the either side of the tummy.

What are the potential skin reactions with the sensor?

Some individuals may be sensitive to the adhesive that keeps the sensor attached to the skin. If you notice significant skin irritation around or under your sensor, remove the sensor. Contact your healthcare professional before continuing to use the system.
